About Mulrock Aggregates
An aggregate supplier you can trust
With our experience in groundwork and utilities stretching back to 2007, Mulrock Aggregates Ltd was established in 2016 after seeing an opportunity to recycle aggregate heading for landfill. Mulrock Aggregates now specialise in retrieving, recycling, and reusing all types of aggregates creating high-quality, low-cost and environmentally friendly aggregate products.
We hold a full Environmental permit issued by the Environment Agency in accordance with the environmental permitting regulation 2016 (England and Wales). We are also listed on the North West Highway Authorities & Utilities Committee approved suppliers list. Our aggregates are regularly tested at a UKAS accredited laboratory in accordance to the WRAP Protocol. Our focus is to deliver excellent value for money whilst providing outstanding customer service and exceeding the required health and safety standards.
Our recycled products are eco friendly and offer a substitute to quarried products with the aim to protect the environment. Our aim is to act as a ‘one stop shop’. The customer can dispose of their unwanted inert waste and choose from a wide choice of aggregates, thus lowering the carbon footprint.
We inspect the waste to see if it is acceptable in accordance to the regulations set by the Environment Agency.
We weigh it on our weigh-bridge then separate into appropriate piles depending on its description. We then use a crusher to break it down to the necessary size.
We then use a screener to separate it into a variety of different sized aggregates, ready for reuse for an array of projects from residential to commercial use.
